Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I received A+ service, but my car didn't. When I dropped off my car, I didn't have a dent or deep scratch, I left with both and my front bumper dislodged and scraped up .... Why me... Why my car... pepboys is known for good service and repairs.

Staff were extremely professional and addressed my needs. Inspection of the vehicle was great and they were able to perform a couple of extra services that were found during inspection. Vehicle was in great condition when returned and my seat adjustment was still the same. Great Service overall.

Mr Willis was warm and welcoming. He asked questions about my car’s history, answered mine and explained everything thoroughly. Today’s my lucky day! This location has an exceptional group of professionals taking care of their customers. That’s hard to find these days. I will be back to start on brakes next month! Thanks guys!!!

What a great experience today meeting Andrew Plummer who took the time to listen to my needs. I plan to take a road trip and I have a vehicle which has been serviced based on miles accumulated. After Andrew did the vehicle assessment for $79.00 he actually he reviewed the items which were imperative and physically showed me everything on the vehicle which needed to be replaced and repaired. He also brought to my attention the items that would need attention later as he knew my budget certainly needed to be taken into consideration. Andrew was very concerned and thoughtful as he knew I would be traveling alone and he knew if his mom or wife was traveling alone he would want them to be safe. I was so fortunate and blessed to have met Andrew today!
